LANKAI 觸摸屏恒溫FOC伺服電機驅(qū)動器LKSC-C 系列是智能化恒溫恒速控制控制模塊，其性能如下：

①電機：采用編碼器傳感器和FOC正弦波矢量控制的電機控制系統(tǒng),力矩無突變,系統(tǒng)反應更靈敏，運行更平穩(wěn)絲滑，當外界阻力突變時能迅速調(diào)整到恒定速度。植入PID啟動力矩和專家系統(tǒng)，減少積分等待時間，控制電機設備快速穩(wěn)定，較高提升控制效率,加大電機力矩并降低功耗。

②溫控:采用多年自研模糊PID控溫，穩(wěn)定快，過沖低。自適應PID，一鍵自整定。

③超溫、傳感器脫落報警保護。可組合恒濕/風機/門鎖等功能。

④99段程序,多種液晶/觸摸屏規(guī)格顯示可選。

⑤擴展:支持標準RS485等通用接口，可配置MODBUS RTU 通訊協(xié)議，一臺主機控制多套設備，EEPROM存儲下載，數(shù)據(jù)自采集。可接上位機軟件，查看歷史實時數(shù)據(jù)或者曲線。

① Motor:  encoder with FOC vector control makes the system responds more sensitively and  smoothly, also help to get greater motor torque,less noise and more accurate speed running.

②AI PID fuzzy temp.control w. adaptive PID self-tuning,higher temp.efficiency,more accurate and smaller drift.

③ Over temp.&sensor detachment alarm protection. can expand  function for door lock or fan ect.

④99 segment program settings, and multiple LCD/touch screen display spec to choose.

⑤Communication: standard RS485 ModBus RTU protocols, can connect to upper computer software to control or view actual-time&historical data and curves.
